Ever wondered why orange juice tastes so gross after brushing?
Let me tell you a story. It goes back to the beginning of time.
Since the birth of mankind, we’ve always been on the hunt.
No, it’s not always about the meat.
We’ve been hunting for a place that feels like home (ooh-la-la-la, this is it).
We’ve been hunting for food that tastes just right (c'est Magnifique!).
We’ve been hunting for that perfect partner (won’t chew be mine?).
One thing we haven’t been hunting for is better toothpaste.
We’ve just accepted that the one we’re using is good enough, so we won’t bother replacing it.
Why should that question have ever crossed our minds in the first place?
Especially when we were taught to use the same household name brand toothpaste growing up.
We think that our everyday toothpaste will probably make our mouth smell less foul, so we won’t scare anyone away.
After all, it’s supposed to be good for our teeth so they won’t chip away.
We’ve accepted all this as the truth, without ever wondering what we actually put into our mouth twice a day (hopefully), every week, every month, every year.
Let’s sidestep a bit and talk about your typical morning routine. You brush your teeth and immediately indulge in a glass of wine! Well, not many of us would be so lucky to start our day this way but if we were to take a sip right after brushing our teeth, we’d never take a second one.
The same goes for just about anything you’d eat or drink. Whether it’s a hot cup of vanilla coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, or just a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, they’d all be pretty disgusting after brushing our teeth. Some of you might be thinking, that’s exactly why I brush after breakfast. Not the most hygienic move by the way, but we’re not here to judge.
Perhaps this might be one of the greatest unexplored mysteries of all time - what have the toothpaste gurus added in that concoction that ruins our breakfast?
Here’s your answer: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, or SLS for short. It’s basically an innocent-looking foaming agent with a not-so-innocent side effect of (you guessed it) tarnishing your hopes and dreams of enjoying breakfast.
Never fear, NOICE toothpaste is here!
NOICE is here to make your breakfast great again. It’s SLS-free, 100% natural, organic, and vegan. We’re advocating for many things but one of them is to make sure you never have to sacrifice the taste of a waffle, toast, croissant, or whatever it is that you call a tasty breakfast.
Let 2020 be the year you take back your breakfast and go SLS-free.
Have a NOICEr and fresher start to each day when you choose a toothpaste that:
Maintains oral health and fights bad breath
Offers freshness, fights bacteria and fungus
Removes stains and whitens your teeth smoothly
Now, enjoy your orange juice ;)
